ADELIE is an innovative system for monitoring and providing early warning of forest fires. Using , it automatically detects smoke in natural environments, day and night, and over 360 degrees.
Each site is equipped with cameras and AI algorithms to analyze images in real time. The system instantly transmits data and alerts to control centers such as the CTA/CODIS or the fire control center. Operators benefit from real-time visualization and automatic localization of fire starts. They can also use augmented reality tools to quickly assess the situation.
Fire track the progress of a fire from the moment it is detected until it is extinguished. The ADELIE system can also if the site is so equipped. Last but not least, the system archives images and videos for , and generates useful statistics for the emergency services.
