Monitoring of water in the natural environment
After several floods in Hauconcourt, the Marie decided to take matters into its own hands and secure a large area with a dyke. Nevertheless, the roads providing access to the town remain at high risk of flooding.
To address this issue, Phillipe Wagner, Mayor of the municipality, called upon a local team composed of :
Together, they are working on a project to automate the descent and ascent of the barriers in the event of flooding of the Moselle.
The team then turns to PARATRONIC to provide a complete system of detection, which will be able to transmit the information in real time and to trigger the barriers if the flood is proved:
Thanks to this solution, the elected officials are informed by SMS in case of pre-alarm and when the barriers are triggered. Illuminated signs synchronized with the barriers will warn road users of the flooding.
The securing of the flood roads during the floods of the Moselle River is therefore successful.
LNS acquisition stations have been specially developed to meet this type of problem: monitoring of sensitive natural environments by sensors, data banking and transmission, triggering of alerts, etc.
