Paratronic develops and manufactures instrumentation solutions for the water cycle and natural hazard management. As part of its development, the company is looking to expand its sales department.

Job purpose

Develop and maintain the customer portfolio in your sector and business.

Gather customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions while respecting constraints.

 

Water cycle

Simple and complete solutions: acquisition sensors, transmission systems, automation, displays and lightning protection.

Descriptions of significant activities 

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers according to market needs and company objectives.
  • Provide technical support: advise customers on the use and implementation of products or services to solve their specific problems.
  • Present products or services.
  • Draw up sales proposals.
  • Negotiate sales terms.
  • Manage customer relations.
  • Contribute to the company's technological and competitive edge.
  • Fill in the sales management follow-up tool.
  • Participate in trade shows and contribute to various sales initiatives.
  • Participate in and implement improvement action plans.
  • Provide training at customer sites.
  • Participate in product or system demonstrations.
  • Participate in after-sales service management.

Responsibilities and scope for action

  • Meet sales targets set by management.
  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Contribute to the company's image.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the use of the products we sell.
  • Validation of sales offers by delegation from line management.
  • Inform hierarchy of any difficulties and report regularly.
  • Carry out the actions set out in the improvement plan.

 

Specific professional knowledge

  • Training to Bac+3 level or higher in BtoB sales or technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in job-related IT tools.
  • Mastery of commercial sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of market operations in its DAS.
  • Technical understanding of products or services sold.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and customer relationship management software.

Ideally located in Mâcon, Dijon or Troyes.

Area to be covered: Eastern France (36 départements - Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Grand-Est)
