Job offer: Pre-sales technical sales representative

Paratronic develops and manufactures instrumentation solutions for the water cycle and natural hazard management. As part of its development, the company is looking to expand its sales department.

 

Job description

Sedentary position, within the sales department, you will take on the role of pre-sales Technico-Commercial.

Organized in your work, you contribute to the good image of the company by responding to customer requests in a reactive and qualitative way.

You work internally with the company's various departments: Sales, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Production, R&D.

 

Descriptions of significant activities 

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, including their technical features, benefits and applications.
  • Advise customers on the use and implementation of products or services to solve their specific problems.
  • Draw up detailed sales proposals, including technical specifications, prices and contractual conditions.
  • Fill in the sales management follow-up tool.

 

Responsibilities and scope for action

  • Respond to customer requests with responsiveness and quality.
  • Draw up commercial offers and have them validated by technical sales staff.

 

Specific professional knowledge

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding of products or services sold.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain positive customer relations.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and customer relationship management software.
  • Good command of languages (English, Spanish, etc.).
