Reporting to the sales management, you will be responsible for the customer support department:
- Working with the technical sales engineers, you will handle customer support requests, providing solutions or contacting the relevant departments
- You document and disseminate the processes to be followed to carry out technical diagnostics of products and installations in order to make the teams more autonomous
- You validate with the management committee the future modifications to products and systems in a logic of continuous improvement
