  • At least 7 years experience in customer service in an industrial environment
  • Computer and network skills
  • Proficiency in professional English , especially in speaking
  • Ideally, knowledge of mechanics and electronics

Job description

Reporting to the sales management, you will be responsible for the customer support department:

  • You will be responsible for the technical support activity for customers:

- Working with the technical sales engineers, you will handle customer support requests, providing solutions or contacting the relevant departments

- You document and disseminate the processes to be followed to carry out technical diagnostics of products and installations in order to make the teams more autonomous

- You validate with the management committee the future modifications to products and systems in a logic of continuous improvement

  • You will manage a team of 2 technicians working directly with customers and define the team's intervention schedule
