Job offer : SALES ASSISTANT - ADV

Paratronic is a company that develops and manufactures instrumentation solutions for the water cycle and natural risk management for its customers. The position is attached to the sales department, in duplication with another sales assistant. It mainly includes the functions of Sales Administration, telephone reception and relations with customers and sales teams.

 

Missions 

  • Preparation of quotations and accompanying letters based on information from sales representatives, customer telephone calls or internal or external e-mails.
  • Confirmation and order entry
  • Preparation of orders
  • Preparation of delivery notes and invoicing
  •  Asset management
  • Telephone reception
  • Management of sales documentation
  • Mail management
  • Management of the common mailbox of the company
  • Management of the administrative part of the responses to calls for tenders
  • Management of export transport quotations

 

Skills required

  • 5 years minimum experience in equivalent functions
  • Mastery of office automation tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint...)
  • Good command of English appreciated
  • Mastery of SAP or equivalent ERP
  • Serious and rigorous personality
  • At ease in written and verbal communication and good presentation to customers
  • Collaborative attitude with stakeholders (Sales, Production, Finance, Management...)

 

Job description

The position to be filled is based in Reyrieux (01600), in a SME specializing in the development and manufacture of instrumentation for monitoring water and the natural environment.
The position is attached to the sales department, in duplication with another sales assistant. It mainly includes the functions of Sales Administration, telephone reception and relations with customers and sales teams.

The position is to be filled on a permanent basis.
